This article is part of the ‘I Wish I’d Read’ series, celebrating the many awesome books I missed out on thanks to a particularly stressful year and an extended hiatus.
Daughter from the Dark caught my attention with it’s almost ethereal description, promising a magical fantasy world centered around music. I can’t recall reading a fantasy novel that deeply incorporates music into the story, so I was excited to get into this unique world. I wish I’d been able to experience all this story has to offer, but I’d love to hear about your experiences in the comments. Read more about the author and book below, or purchase a copy for yourself. And of course, a big thank you to Harper Voyager for the free review copy!
NOTE: I was provided a free copy of this book via NetGalley in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.
